Agreement To T&C’s

(a) These Terms and Conditions of Use (‘the Terms of Use’) apply to the Sleepy Joey Website located at www.sleepyjoey.com.au (‘the Website’) and all associated websites linked to the Website. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before use.

Purchases

(a) The colours viewed on a computer monitor may or may not be similar with goods delivered. The Company in good faith make every effort to ensure that goods delivered vs offered for sale on the Website are similar.

(b) Please choose carefully as the Company does not refund for change of mind or for goods offered for promotional sale or that may be end of lines or discontinued.

(c) Restocking fee of 20% will apply, if company approves the refund provided goods are not used and returned in original packaging which are in saleable condition

Content

(a) All content on this website is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

(b) The Company or its associates does not make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the Content.

(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Company and its employees, officers, agents and contractors exclude all liability for any loss, claim, damage and expenses of any kind (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of, or reliance upon the Content whether or not this is caused by a negligent act or omission.

Pricing

Pricing of goods are in Australian dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (‘GST’).
The company reserve right to cancel or amend an order if the website has incorrect price.
Pricing of goods and availability can change without notice.
All sales are final upon confirmation of processing of payment (‘Payment’).

Delivery

(a) Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. If the goods are returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, further delivery charges will apply.

(b) Your goods will be delivered during normal business hours

(c) Information about faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods must be received by the Company by telephone or email within 48 hours of delivery being signed for.

Return Policy

(a) The returns must be executed within 14 days of receipt and must not have been used or damaged in any way unless defective.

(b) The Company reserves the right to exchange, replace or refund for any goods ordered from the Website that are delivered either faulty or damaged.

(c) Restocking fee of 20% will apply, if company approves the refund provided goods are not used and returned in original packaging which are in saleable condition

(c) Use of incorrectly delivered or damaged goods will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer as a satisfactory substitute for goods ordered and no further claim will be entertained by the Company.

(d) All returned goods must be in their original packaging in new, unused and saleable condition unless defective.

(b) The Company reserves the right to stop any person entity that use the Website for any unauthorised purpose.

Variation
